An innovative method for suspending the penis
Keywords: underwear, penis, injury, stallion, equineInjuries to the penis are common in stallions. These are most often sustained during breeding or teasing Usually a sophisticated sling and suspensory system is not available. Instead, a pair of men's underwear can be used suspended through the hind legs and over the flanks using baling twine or a bandage. The basic method is shown here. With appropriate modifications to prevent abrasions, the system can even used for extended periods of time.
